Shanieka Forrest has a long history of working in the food industry. Shanieka began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Secretary at Medgar Evers College of The City University of New York. In 2007, they joined Dig Inn as a General Manager, later becoming a Food Service Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2020, they moved to Genuine Foods as a Food Service Director. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a Food Safety Manager at Red Rabbit, LLC.
Shanieka Forrest is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at SUNY Canton. Shanieka is expected to graduate in 2023. Shanieka has also attended Liberty University, though no degree or field of study has been specified.
