Eugene Koh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and gaming industries. As a Co-Founder of Refract Technologies since October 2018, Eugene has played a critical role in shaping the company's direction. Previously, Eugene served as a Founding Member for Focusplay and SCOGA related gaming events, beginning in 2003.
