Liz Collins

Liz Collins is a Senior Clinical Genomics Manager at Myriad Genetics, bringing extensive expertise in genetic variant interpretation, particularly in autosomal recessive conditions and specialization in CFTR and hemoglobin genes. With a background that includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Notre Dame, Liz has held various roles in the field of genomics and genetic research, including managing and training clinical genomics scientists and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Prior to this, Liz served as a Group Exercise Instructor with certifications in multiple fitness programs and founded the DDP Yoga Hardship Fund to support individuals pursuing health through DDP Yoga. Experience also includes postdoctoral research roles and managerial positions, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership, training, and scientific research.
