Sara Snell

Sara Snell, SPHR, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Benefits & Wellness and Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Myriad Genetics, a position held since July 2019. In this role, Sara oversees the design, implementation, communication, and administration of health, wealth, and wellness programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Prior to this, Sara held various roles at Myriad Genetics from November 1999 to 2019, including Senior Manager Benefits and Benefits Manager. Sara’s career commenced at Intermountain Healthcare, where roles included Phlebotomist and CNA - Home Health. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in General Education from Dixie State University.
