Liz Adams

Liz Adams has a varied work experience beginning in 2004 as a Ski Patroller at Beech Mountain Resort. In 2008, they began working at HealthFitness in various roles including Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Interim Wellness Coordinator, HealthFitness Professional, Back Coach, and HealthFitness Specialist. In 2014, they started at Healthgram as an Account Executive and then moved up to Senior Account Executive. In 2021, they began working at Myriad360 as a Project Manager and Project Management Support Specialist.

Liz Adams completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University in 2008. In 2010, they obtained their Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist certification. In 2013, they obtained their ACE Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness Certification. Finally, in 2022, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
