V Rajesh has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and sales. They started their career at RWG AMERICA in 2011 as an IT Staffing professional, and then moved on to work at OPUSTech as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2013 to 2015. They then worked at Neo Prism Solutions LLC as a Senior Sales Specialist, focusing on bench sales recruitment. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at SourceMantra Inc as a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter, where they were responsible for full-time, contract, and contract-hire placements of IT professionals. They then joined ASKIO INFOTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Senior Business Developer Executive, specializing in US staffing and sales recruitment from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they worked at Rave Business Systems LLC as a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter/Recruitment for a short period. They also worked at Anira Solutions Inc as a Senior IT Bench Sales Recruiter from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Vbrige Global LLC in the same position. They worked at Cogent Integrated Business Solutions Inc from 2022 to 2022 as a Senior Sales IT Recruiter. Currently, they are working at SBS CORP as a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter.

V Rajesh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI between 2006 and 2008. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2012 and 2014.
