Lucie Glenday has worked in a variety of industries since 2003. Lucie began their career as a Project Manager for the Centre for British Teachers (CfBT). In 2005, they became a Company Director for L.E.C., where they set up and managed an English school in Utsunomiya, Japan. In 2008, they worked as a Digital Consultant for the EuroSyStem Programme and a Bid Assessment Consultant for the Big Lottery Fund. From 2010 to 2012, they held various roles at the Government Digital Service, including Head of Business Transformation and Change Programme Manager. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Project Manager for Directgov. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Chief Digital Officer at Surrey County Council, where they were responsible for creating join up across all local public services. In 2015, they joined T7 Group as a Partner. Since 2016, they have been the Founder and Group CEO of MySense.ai, a wellbeing analytics platform for the home.
Lucie Glenday is currently studying for an LLB in Law.
