Kees van Zantwijk has extensive work experience in various roles. Kees started their career as a Galvanotechnisch medewerker at El-contronic in 1985. Kees then worked as a Verpleeghulp at Altrecht in 1988 and later joined Reinaerde as a Groepsleider/Activiteitenbegeleider/Voorzitter OR in 1989. In this role, they provided care and support to intellectually disabled individuals with behavioral difficulties and also served as the chairman of the works council during a merger process.
In 1999, Kees moved to Weidesticht and worked as a Coördinator flexbureau. Here, they played a crucial role in establishing and expanding the flexbureau for healthcare staff. Kees supervised 130 employees remotely, recruited new staff, and managed their scheduling requirements.
From 2001 to 2007, Kees worked at Randstad as an Intercedent, where they acted as an intermediary between candidates and healthcare clients. Kees also provided advice to clients and conducted performance reviews.
Kees joined Ayton bv in 2007, initially as a Medewerker Servicedesk, where they answered customer queries regarding workforce planning software and problem-solving. Kees then became a Consultant and advised healthcare organizations on capacity management, rostering, and flexibilization. Kees also managed projects to establish flexbureaus and analyzed and optimized their working methods.
In 2016, Kees transitioned to SDB Ayton, where they continued their role as a Support Consultant. Here, they assisted customers with functional management of workforce planning software and addressed queries through various communication channels.
Kees'smost recent role was at Mysolution, starting in November 2019, where they served as a Support Consultant.
Kees van Zantwijk has an education history that spans several years and includes a variety of fields of study.
In 1980-1984, they attended R.S.G. Schoonhorst, where they completed their MAVO (secondary school) education. From 1986-1988, Kees attended VOM, studying Galvanotechniek A. In 1989-1990, they studied Inrichtingswerk (now known as Sph) at Hogeschool de Horst, earning a Propedeuse (first-year degree).
Following their time at Hogeschool de Horst, they enrolled at NTI in 1998-1999 to obtain a Praktijkdiploma Midden Management.
Moving forward, Kees pursued a Bachelor's degree in Personeel & Arbeid (Personnel & Labor) at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2001-2005.
In 2004-2005, they furthered their education in the field of Intercedent by attending Randstad/Diploma uitzendbranche. Finally, from 2009-2010, Kees attended IBO Qualified Business School, where they earned a Post-Hbo degree in Healthcare Bedrijfskunde (Healthcare Business Administration).
