Jenni Rajahalme

Jenni Rajahalme is an experienced professional in communications and leadership, currently serving as a speaker at MySpeaker since March 2019, focusing on topics such as generational diversity in the workplace and entrepreneurship. As a co-founder and partner at Kumppania Oy since 2009, Rajahalme aids businesses in enhancing their competitiveness. Prior to this, Rajahalme held various roles at Prizztech Oy from 2008 to June 2023, contributing expertise in entrepreneurship education and coaching for teachers. Rajahalme has been actively involved with JCI Finland, holding leadership positions such as National President and National Deputy President, and contributing to the development of future leaders through the Talent Pool program. Rajahalme also worked briefly with Become International in 2015 to foster the global growth of Finnish companies. Jenni Rajahalme holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Satakunta University Applied Sciences, obtained in 2002.
