Joshua Sklüt

Joshua Sklüt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joshua currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Kekst CNC, a global strategic communications firm. In this position, they provide expert communications counsel and leads a team of professionals. Prior to this, Joshua was the Chief Operating Officer/Co-Founder of MyStandard, a company they helped establish. Joshua also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Voice, where they were responsible for implementing the entire talent acquisition function and hiring the initial workforce. Joshua has also held the position of Principal at Sirona Consulting LLC and Senior Talent Acquisition at Lab49. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Recruiter/Director of Recruiting at Cap Gemini, specializing in sales and management recruitment. Additionally, Joshua worked as a Technical Recruiter at AppleOne, where they placed candidates in technical positions across various technologies.

Joshua Sklüt has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Arizona. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Berkshire School.
