Denise Bivens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, administrative management, and customer service. Currently serving as an Office Supervisor at Liberty Tax since January 2012, Denise Bivens oversees daily operations, develops communication protocols, and manages staff efficiency. Denise Bivens has nearly two decades of experience as a Professional Evaluator for the Mystery Shopping Providers Association, alongside a lengthy career as an elementary school teacher in the Coatesville Area School District, where Denise Bivens taught for 32 years.
