Paul Duke is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in mid-to-senior-level and executive direct placement across diverse industries in the United States. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Goodwin Recruiting since January 2020, Paul holds a DEI certification and is dedicated to connecting exceptional candidates with top-tier positions in operations, finance, and executive management. Prior to this role, Paul was the Managing Partner at Seasons 52 Restaurant, where the focus was on high-quality service and an extensive wine selection. Paul’s background includes management positions at Southern Fried Hospitality, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Copelands New Orleans, along with a history of increasing responsibilities at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival and Montgomery Symphony Orchestra. Paul earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Auburn University at Montgomery.
