Spencer Sullivan

Spencer Sullivan has a diverse range of work experience in the political field. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at RumbleUp: Powerful Political Texting, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Partnerships at both RumbleUp and Switchboard.

From 2016 to 2021, Spencer was the CEO of LEAN Campaign Strategies, where they provided strategic guidance for campaigns on federal, state, and local levels. Spencer also developed and executed public relations strategies for non-profits and trade associations, building relationships with reporters and media outlets.

From 2016 to 2018, Spencer was the Director of Grassroots Engagement at the Leadership Institute. In this role, they educated candidates, campaigns, and senior staffers on political strategy and was recognized as an expert in campaign communications, messaging, strategy, fundraising, and voter contact. Spencer also had regular speaking engagements at conferences and conventions.

Spencer has also held various campaign management positions. In 2015, they were the Campaign Manager for Mark Dudenhefer for Delegate. In 2014, they managed the successful John Katko for Congress campaign, overseeing a budget of $800,000 and coordinating with the candidate, national party, and consultants. Spencer also managed the Jane Rossi for Congress campaign for a brief period in 2014.

In 2013, Spencer served as the Campaign Manager for Peter Inverso for State Senate, managing a budget of $800,000 and achieving a strong share of the vote. In 2012, they were the Deputy Campaign Manager for Doherty for Congress, overseeing staff operations and implementing a ground game strategy. Before that, they worked as a Staff Assistant, managing interns and coordinating events for a member of Congress.

Spencer Sullivan received a High School Diploma from Bishop Hendricken High School in the year 2008. Afterward, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Marymount University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
