ROHIT has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. ROHIT co-founded MYTAT, a pre-employment testing solutions company, where they reduced turnaround time for talent recruitment. As the Chief Operating Officer at Appthatworks Inc., they delivered IT solutions and strategic technology consulting to a range of clients. Prior to that, ROHIT worked as an HR Manager at Latent Talent, specializing in executive search and recruitment for top Indian and MNC companies. ROHIT also has experience in sales and insurance as a Sales Executive at ICICI Lombard and a Graduate Trainee at Max Life Insurance Company Limited.

Rohit completed their education with a High School degree in Commerce from Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) in the period 1990-2001. ROHIT then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University from 2001-2004. Later, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in the year 2006-2007.
