Anat Harar

Anat Harar has over 6 years of work experience, starting in 2015. They began their career as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Cervecería Regional, C.A, where they were responsible for determining beer's physicochemical parameters in the laboratory and comparing the properties between production lines. They also structured a factorial design to evaluate deviations in the product's parameters. In 2016, Anat worked as a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at GENICA, where they assembled quality assurance plans for spreadable processed cheese products following ISO 10005 standards. In 2017, Anat worked as a Quality Engineer at Bosch USA. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Constellation Brands, holding various roles including Quality Control Lab Tech, Quality Control Lead, and Operations Manager. Currently, Anat is the Operations Project Specialist at Mytaverse and will soon transition into the role of Project Manager.

Anat Harar earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Anat then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management at Florida International University from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Anat has obtained various certifications, including Agile with Atlassian Jira from Atlassian in December 2022, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in August 2022, and a New Leader Program from Harvard Business Publishing in August 2021. Anat also holds certifications in areas such as Cicerone Certified Beer Server, SAP, Matlab/Simulink course, International Chemical Engineering Congress, and an Advanced English Course from different institutions and years.
