Jelena Sickinger

Jelena Sickinger currently serves as the Talent Attraction Manager at mytheresa.com since February 2023. Previously, Jelena worked as a Talent Discovery Partner at VMware, where responsibilities included candidate generation, building diverse talent pipelines, and engaging with stakeholders. Jelena's experience also encompasses roles at UNHCR as a Protection Associate, providing support to asylum seekers and monitoring asylum trends, as well as serving as a Project Assistant at IOM - UN Migration, focusing on logistics and event management. Earlier career efforts include an internship at UNDP as a Social Media Manager. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Montenegro.
