Adriana Grigore has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Adriana started their career as a Senior HR Consultant at Procer Worldwide Technical Services in 2006, where they recruited for various positions in the technical field. Adriana then moved on to work as a Senior HR Consultant at Barnett McCall Recruitment SRL in 2007, before joining BIA - Business Intelligence Alliance as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for selection and recruitment for a wide range of positions.
In 2010, Adriana joined SC Medlife SA as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for payroll and compensation, as well as legal and accounting tasks. Adriana later became an HR Business Partner, supporting department managers and working on HR procedures and documentation.
From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Helen Doron English Romania as an HR & Franchisee Developer, where they played a key role in the expansion and success of the franchise. Currently, Adriana is working as a QA Team Lead at MyTime.
Adriana Grigore completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a University Graduate degree in Theology and Social Work from the same university, a course which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.
