Johanne Serré

Johanne Serré has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Johanne is currently working as a People Ops Manager at Mytraffic since October 2022. Prior to this, from June 2021 to September 2022, they took a break to focus on being a mother.

Before their break, Johanne worked at Wisembly as an HR Manager from December 2014 to November 2021. In 2019, they briefly worked as a mom at The Pregnancy Pause from March to September. Prior to these roles, they served as an HR Consultant at LEGO Group from February to November 2014.

Johanne has also gained experience at other organizations. Johanne worked as a Recruitment & Training Coordinator at Corning Incorporated from March to October 2013. In 2012, they interned as an HRM intern at L'Oréal. Johanne also interned as an HRM intern at GE Healthcare from December 2010 to June 2011, and prior to that, they were an HR intern at Motion Global from May to November 2010.

Johanne Serré completed their education at SKEMA Business School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended IUT Sceaux and earned a two-year post-secondary diploma in Business studies with a focus on Marketing.
