Josh Levy has worked in the real estate industry since 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they were an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they specialized in real estate transactions and corporate financing, including mergers and acquisition and securities transactions. In 2006, they moved to Centerline Capital Group, where they served as Director of Mid-Atlantic Originations, leading and managing a team responsible for sourcing and structuring multifamily real estate transactions. Josh also raised and structured a $300 million distressed debt fund with pension fund and national developer. In this role, they also served as Director of Special Servicing, leading and reorganizing a group of ten (10) people focused on the resolution of distressed debt and equity assets. From 2012 to 2015, Levy worked at Roizman Development, Inc. as Senior Vice President, overseeing the company's development platform, including internal employees and external consultants associated with the construction, engineering, architecture, development, financing and legal aspects of each project. In 2015, they moved to CB Cubed, LLC as Principal. In 2018, Levy joined Vessel Technologies, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Advisory Board. Josh also joined Berkadia as Managing Director in 2018.
Josh Levy attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government. Josh then attended Fordham University School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a JD in Law. In May 2003, they obtained a certification from the New York State Bar Association.
