Karen McIntyre has held a variety of roles in the customer service and operations industry. Karen began their career in 1998 as a Customer Service Manager at First North American National Bank. In 2005, they moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the same role. In 2011, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Express Scripts. In 2013, they took a role as Customer Solutions Manager at Fiserv. In 2015, they became the Director of Operations at Blue Bloodhound, LP, where they were responsible for revolutionizing the trucking industry. Karen also held a role as Vice President of Customer Engagement and Director of Contact Center Operations at MyWorkChoice that same year. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Director of Operations at Affinity Living Group.

Karen McIntyre attended Kennesaw State University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
