Sharon Chepchumba

Sharon Chepchumba is a skilled professional in food technology and quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Assistant and Quality Control specialist at Mzuri Sweets Ltd since March 2021. With prior experience at KIRDI as a Research Product Development and Quality Control intern, Sharon has developed expertise in fruit and vegetable processing technology, including dried fruits and vegetables, fruit preservation, tomato product processing, food handling and hygiene, food packaging and labeling, and entrepreneurship. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology and Quality Assurance from the Technical University of Mombasa, completed in 2020, and attended Maryhill Girls High from 2012 to 2015.
