M.D. Shakibul Islam

Md. Shakibul Islam is an experienced professional in the textile industry with a robust background in merchandising. Currently serving as a Senior Merchandiser at NAZ Bangladesh Ltd. since July 2018, responsibilities include pre-costing, budget creation, and developing T&A plans in coordination with buyers and factories. Prior to this role, Shakibul held the position of Merchandiser at Libas Textiles Ltd. from February 2015 to June 2018, where tasks involved sample development and managing CAD and operation bulletins. Earlier experience as a Management Trainee at Aplos Global Limited from October 2012 to January 2015 included overseeing construction projects and compiling a database for machine comparisons. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Textile Engineering from Daffodil International University and completion of high school in Science at BCIC College.
