Hai Miara

Hai Miara has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Most recently, they are the Director of Logistics and Procurement at N-Drip Gravity Micro Irrigation since September 2022. Prior to that, Hai worked at the Israel Water Authority from October 2015 to November 2022, serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the annual work plan, budget, and monitoring of projects and missions. Hai also facilitated negotiations with the Ministry of Finance on infrastructure projects and budget, while establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Before joining the Israel Water Authority, Hai worked as an Economist at the Israel Ministry of Finance from November 2014 to October 2015. In this role, they were the head of a project dealing with private health insurance and were responsible for approving insurance products, researching and analyzing market failures, and conceptualizing regulatory solutions.

Hai's earlier experience includes being a Teacher Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from October 2013 to October 2014, where they supported teaching activities. They also served as a Fellow in the Kriyat Kivun program at MAOZ from September 2013 to September 2014, working on issues related to poverty in the Bedouin society.

Furthermore, Hai worked as an Advocate at The Movement for Quality Government in Israel from December 2011 to August 2013. In this role, they initiated and prepared litigation cases, acted as a media spokesperson for the organization, and provided support to college students in legal clinics.

Additionally, Hai gained legal experience as an intern at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg & Co. from March 2010 to March 2011. They collaborated on various commercial litigation cases, including class actions, and were involved in decision-making and legal document preparation.

Hai Miara has a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Hai Miara pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a Double Major Bachelor's in Law and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was completed from 2006 to 2010.

Additionally, Hai Miara obtained a certification titled "Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao" from LinkedIn in February 2020.
