Yaroslav Kosar

Yaroslav Kosar has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles and companies. Yaroslav currently serves as the Head of Finance Business Partnership at N-iX, where they support top management in strategic decision-making and has successfully launched the Finance Partnership function. Yaroslav also developed and implemented a Managerial Reporting system to improve financial reporting and analysis. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Partner at SoftServe, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making. Yaroslav played a key role in developing and implementing KPIs to monitor business unit performance. Yaroslav's earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Operations Supervisor and PEC Coordinator at Nestle Business Services L'viv, where they oversaw operational accounting activities and ensured accurate financial reporting. Yaroslav also managed a team of professionals and successfully launched the Nespresso project for the Nordic countries.

Yaroslav Kosar obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 2007 and 2012.
