He is also responsible for developing Addval Personas, an HR company that supports processes on payroll and people management services for a wide range of companies and industries.

Francisco earned his Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, focusing his studies on distributed leadership practices. Before his doctoral studies, he earned an MBA from the Universidad de Los Andes, Chile, and a postgraduate in Philosophy Foundations at the same University. His undergraduate studies as Forestry Engineer complete a wide range of experiences where leadership development has been a common topic core.

Francisco serves as a Board member at the Cardenal Caro Foundation, a non-profit institution that schools 3500 students in three schools. Francisco is a sports lover, he enjoys mountain biking with his family and friends. He and his wife have five children and a Beagle dog. Together, they reside in Santiago, Chile.
