David Telles

David Telles serves as the Director of Safeguards and Security at N3B Los Alamos since May 2019, after a comprehensive tenure at Los Alamos National Laboratory from November 1997 to May 2019, where David held roles including Safeguards Division Leader and Group Leader, focusing on vulnerability and risk assessments of DOE facilities. Prior to this, David Telles worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory between January 1991 and November 1997 in various security and performance assurance capacities. David's career began at SMUD as a Security Officer/Supervisor and included military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from May 1981 to September 1984.
