Joe Lockwood

Joe Lockwood has held various roles in HR, employee concerns, ethics, and compliance throughout their career. Joe has managed teams and implemented programs to address quality, production, manufacturing, and human resources issues. Joe has also been involved in public relations and stakeholder relations to improve the company's image and community relations. Currently, Joe serves as the Employee Concerns Program Manager and heads up safety and human performance improvement programs at N3B Los Alamos.
