Ping Cao's work experience begins with a role as a Tax Intern at PwC in 1995. Ping then moved on to work as a Senior Associate - International Executive Services at EY from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at KPMG US from 1999 to 2002. From 2003 to 2007, Ping worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Henkel. Ping then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Manager from 2008 to 2012, where they managed foreign tax compliance and other tax-related responsibilities. Ping then worked as a Senior Consultant at inVentiv Health Clinical from 2012 to 2014, primarily focusing on planning, compliance, and reporting. Their next roles were in the staffing industry, starting as a Director of Client Service at Robert Half from 2014 to 2017, followed by a promotion to Senior Director of Client Service for a brief period in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Ping served as an Assistant Vice President at Robert Half, before being promoted to their current role as Vice President since 2020. Lastly, Ping has also taken on a leadership role as President of NAAAP Philadelphia, a non-profit organization, since 2019, where they focus on promoting community outreach, career advancement, and leadership development for Asian American professionals.
Ping Cao holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University. Furthermore, Ping earned a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Prior to these qualifications, Ping attended Archbishop Ryan High School and George Washington High School.
