Scott Roberts

Scott Roberts has held various finance positions throughout their career. Scott began their career in 2014 at Bloomingdale's, where they held the role of Director of Finance. In this role, they managed 3 direct reports, prepared monthly and yearly financial forecasts, and directed close process expense budgets of over $1.1B across the entire organization. In 2017, they joined L'Oréal as AVP - Finance, where they were a senior-level Finance Professional responsible for preparing yearly financial forecasts, managing a $500M expense budget, and partnering effectively with senior management. In 2019, they joined NAADAM, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President Finance and AVP Finance.
