Karoliina Haaksiluoto

Karoliina Haaksiluoto currently serves as Sosiaaliohjaaja and Asumispalveluiden palveluohjaaja at Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue since January 2023. Concurrently, Karoliina has held the position of Asiakasohjaaja and SAP-koordinaattori at Naantalin kaupunki since March 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Geronomi at Raision kaupunki from 2013 to February 2019, where responsibilities included the development of preventive services for the elderly and counseling for seniors and their families. Karoliina also worked as Projektisuunnittelija for the KomPAssi project at Turun kaupunki between February and November 2018, and contributed as a project employee for the Toimintakykyisenä ikääntyminen-hanke from 2010 to 2013. Additional experience encompasses a managerial position in elderly day activities at Raision kaupunki from 2008 to 2010 and serving as the secretary of the Raisio elderly council from 2009 to 2017. Karoliina holds a Bachelor of Health Care and Social Work (Elderly Care) from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences and specialized qualifications in RAI consulting and product development.
