Khalida El Ouarghi

Khalida El Ouarghi is a seasoned professional in the nuclear safety and security domain, currently serving as Responsable sûreté, sécurité et radioprotection MOE at NAAREA since March 2023, focusing on team construction and technical coordination within the department. Previously, at TRACTEBEL from September 2020 to February 2023, Khalida managed the nuclear safety team, overseeing recruitment, technical validation, and commercial development. Khalida's extensive experience at Framatome between May 2007 and August 2020 included roles such as ingénieur d'affaires, where Khalida managed high-stakes business scopes and ensured compliance with project timelines and budgets. Additionally, Khalida held responsibilities for human factors integration in the Hinkley Point C project and contributed to nuclear safety documentation for major projects in China. Khalida's early career involved engineering roles at SECTOR Ingénierie, EDF, and ONERA.
