Ralph Allen

Ralph Allen has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Ralph began their career as a Laborer and Carpenter at Skanska USA Building, Inc. in 2001, where they supervised site clean-up, grading, and various concrete projects. Ralph also handled materials, supervised equipment operators, and purchased materials and supplies. During their time at Skanska, they also worked as an Assistant Superintendent, coordinating sitework completion, subcontractor completion, and punchwork. Ralph managed self-perform concrete and waterproofing work and supervised carpenters, concrete personnel, and laborers in demolition and repair projects. Ralph also worked as a Superintendent at HOAR, LLC in 2008 and as an Assistant Superintendent at Robins & Morton in 2010. Ralph then served as an Assistant Superintendent at Harry Pepper and Associates, where they completed outstanding architectural, civil, structural, and mechanical tasks and managed employee and subcontractor coordination. Ralph later worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC and as a Superintendent at Core Construction Company of Jacksonville. Ralph is currently employed as a Project Superintendent at Nabholz.

Ralph Allen acquired an Associate's degree in Agronomy Technology from Darlington Technical College, completing their education from 1981 to 1983.
