Emmalis M. Torres is an experienced professional with a robust background in client support and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Client Support Manager for Offshore and Vendor Operations at BlockFi since July 2021, Emmalis previously held various management roles at EY from September 2014 to July 2021, including Manager/Pod Lead and Manager/Team Lead of the KYC Review Team, where significant revenue savings were achieved through effective team management and process improvements.
