Laura Hill Sphr

Laura Hill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Laura started their career as the Human Resource Director at SL Start and Associates in 1998 and held this position until 2005. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Chief HR Officer at Rockwood Clinic. In 2012, they joined North Idaho College as the Executive Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 2015. Currently, Laura is the Director of Human Resources at NAC Architecture, a position they have held since 2015.

Laura Hill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended the University of Montana from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interpersonal Communication/Business. Prior to that, they attended Helena High School. Additionally, Laura Hill has obtained certifications from SHRM, including the SPHR certification in June 2014 and the SHRM-SCP certification in March 2015.
