Pradeep Ande

Pradeep Ande has a strong work experience spanning over 14 years in the software development field. Pradeep currently serves as the Senior Director of Software Development at Nacha since 2018. Prior to this role, from 2017 to 2018, they worked at Paya.com as a Technical Leader, leading a team in a strategic transformation initiative to establish an enterprise Web API Platform using Apigee. At Sage, Pradeep held a Technical Leadership role from 2016 to 2017.

Before joining Sage, they worked at GSE Systems as a Lead Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016 and as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2013. In these roles, they designed and developed Graphical User Interfaces for the applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#.NET, jQuery, and CSS3.

Pradeep's work experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Altum, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. There, they designed the 3-tier architecture for the application and created technical design documents. Pradeep actively participated in all stages of the software development life cycle using ASP.NET, C#.NET, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Additionally, Pradeep worked as a Programmer at Wisetek Providers from 2008 to 2008 and as a Team Lead at Tensor Systems Ltd. from 2006 to 2007.

Pradeep Ande holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Pradeep has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft, obtained in December 2019.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Legacy) from Microsoft, also obtained in December 2019.

- Techniques for Developing Secure Software from Lynda.com, obtained in July 2016.

- Microsoft Certified Professional from MICROSOFT, obtained in 2008.
