Ronaldo Hardy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as President/CEO at NACUSO since August 2023. Previously, Ronaldo held the role of Owner/Chief People Officer at CU Strategic Planning and served as President/CEO at Southwest Louisiana Credit Union, where significant enhancements in return on assets and total assets were achieved over three years. With a strong track record at Shell Geismar Federal Credit Union and La Capitol Federal Credit Union, Ronaldo has demonstrated expertise in asset growth, marketing strategy development, and operational leadership.
