Emily Wu

Emily Wu is a seasoned professional with a background in benefits navigation and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Navigator at NADAP since June 2016, Emily assists Human Resources with recruitment and oversees the onboarding process and learning development training for new staff. Previously, as a Benefits Navigator, Emily facilitated health insurance enrollment for clients through the NY State of Health Marketplace and conducted educational presentations on Obamacare. Emily’s experience also includes roles as a Medical Biller at Rex H. Wu M.D., where billing statements were prepared, and as a Medical Receptionist at 128 Pediatric Associates, where patient registration and data entry were key responsibilities. Emily’s internship at the Career & Professional Development Institute involved reviewing resumes and supporting recruitment activities. Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from The City College of New York between 2011 and 2016.
