Mark Naden

Mark Naden serves as the President and CTO of Naden Engineering since August 2015, specializing in the development of custom power converters ranging from low power (<100W) to multi-kW with a wide voltage range. Prior to this, Mark Naden was the Technical Lead in Electrical Engineering at Fluidic Energy, where responsibilities included the design of electronic hardware for a rechargeable metal-air battery system. Experience also includes serving as a Power Electronics Engineer at Space Exploration Technologies, where Mark Naden led the design of a battery charger for the Dragon space vehicle, and as Lead Designer/Product Engineer at Meggitt Securaplane, developing a battery charger for the Boeing 787 aircraft. Additionally, Mark Naden held the position of Sr Electrical Engineer at Cummins Power Generation, focusing on developing integrated power supply solutions.
