Joseph Lopardo

Joseph C. Lopardo is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Managing Director of Business Development & Sales at Nadler Modular since July 2024. With extensive leadership experience, Joseph has held the position of President at Modular Design & Construction since May 2018 and previously served as President of EcoSpace Modular from September 2013 to June 2017. Prior roles include Vice President at Williams Scotsman from 2003 to 2013 and Vice President at GE Capital from December 1994 to September 2003. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Trinity College, completing the degree between 2000 and 2002.
