Maria Guia

Maria Guia is an experienced hospitality professional with a solid background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Dining Room Manager at Atomix since July 2023, Maria previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at The Bastion Collection, overseeing Le Jardinier. Additional experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at both Le Jardinier and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, and Captain at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Miami. Maria's career also includes positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Bachour. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, completed in 2018.
