Baraka Mtunga

Baraka Mtunga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor for Compliance at World Mobile Group since July 2023, Baraka also holds the position of Certified Board Director at The Institute of Directors in Tanzania and acts as a Partner at Quest Africa, contributing to Business & IT services for the African SME market. Active in non-profit organizations, Baraka is a Board Member at Africa Bridge and NAFASI ART SPACE, and participates as a Global Committee Member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization's GSEA. Baraka co-founded UhuruOne, a technology company that enhances internet accessibility in Tanzania, and previously provided expertise to the Government of Tanzania and other organizations in ICT project consulting. Academic credentials include a BSc in Computer Systems from City University of Seattle and further studies at the University of Washington.
