Gary Beisler

Gary Beisler is the interim CEO at Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill. Gary has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having served as a franchise owner for both Steak n Shake and Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Gary also served on the board of Boosterville, an early stage startup focused on technology that allows consumers to direct charitable donations through their credit card transactions with retail merchants.

Most recently, Gary served as an operations advisor to Apollo Global Management on their acquisition of Qdoba Mexican Eats from Jack in the Box. Gary participated in pre-bid analysis of the opportunity and in post-bid due diligence, including the evaluation of the current strategy, management team, and shared services agreement with Jack in the Box. Gary also drove inputs to the post-acquisition strategy and operating plan for the brand, which has been successfully implemented by Apollo and Qdoba management.

Gary Beisler has an MBA in marketing and management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and a BA in business administration and economics from Hanover College. Gary has also been awarded cum laude honors.
