Caroline Donovan White is a seasoned professional in international education, currently serving as the Senior Director for Education Abroad Services and Volunteer Engagement at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since September 2012. Under this role, responsibilities expanded in 2019 to encompass volunteer engagement while managing international education awards and collaborating with leadership development teams. Prior to NAFSA, Caroline held various positions at George Washington University from 1999 to 2019, including Lecturer in the Graduate School of Education & Human Development, where a graduate course on managing international programs was taught, and Director of International Education & Programs at the Elliott School of International Affairs, overseeing international education initiatives.
