Chanthou Nuon

Chanthou Nuon is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at NagaWorld since January 2021, Chanthou previously held the position of Head of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Bassaka Air from April 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR systems, employee relations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing needs, hiring, training program design, and compensation plan development. Additional roles at Bassaka Air included Human Resources Manager and Assistant Human Resources Manager & Admin Manager. Prior experience encompasses positions as Managing Consultant - Head of Recruitment at Saint Blanquat & A. and Human Resources Executive at Sokha Beach Resort, along with earlier roles in various organizations. Chanthou holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the National University of Management, as well as a diploma in General English from Paññãsãstra University of Cambodia.
