Shalini Sarin

Shalini Sarin has been a member of our Supervisory Board since 2020.

She holds a Doctorate in Organization Behavior, and double Masters in Sociology and Human Resource Management. Moreover, Mrs. Sarin has certifications in Advanced Human Resource from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, in Executive Coaching from Motorola University, Chicago, and in Psychometrics from the British Psychology Society. She is also certified from INSEAD on International Director’s program and on Governance from IOD. She started her career as a lecturer of Organization Behavior and has over three decades of corporate experience, including roles as global chief people officer, head of global foundation and business leader for the Base of the Pyramid Solar Lighting business. She has worked across India, Europe and US in regional and global roles. Since January 2020, Dr. Shalini Sarin has been a co-founder and executive director of EV charge point operator start-up in addition to serving on the boards of a few listed companies as an independent director.
