Dawn Seals

Dawn Seals has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Dawn is currently the Vice President of Operations at NAGASE Specialty Materials, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Beckers Group, including Director of Operations - North America from March 2019 to January 2022, Director of Supply Chain - North America from November 2017 to March 2019, and Supply Chain Manager - USA from March 2016 to November 2017. Before joining Beckers Group, Dawn served as a Supply Chain Manager at Power Packaging, An Exel Company from April 2014 to March 2016. Their experience also includes roles at Ferro Corporation, where they worked as a Supply Chain Manager from March 2012 to April 2014, as well as positions as Procurement Analyst, Financial Analyst, Demand Manager, Accountant, and Lab Coordinator. Dawn started their career as a Mortgage Consultant at Union National Mortgage from September 2004 to November 2005.

Dawn Seals obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University in 2004. Dawn pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2011. In 2012, they attended Villanova University and completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program. In 2015, they participated in the Supply Chain Logistics Management Executive Seminar at Michigan State University. From 2016 to 2018, they furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
