David Beidler

David Beidler is an experienced professional in affordable housing investment and real estate, currently serving as Senior Originator at the National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT) since November 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Advantage Capital, where efforts focused on sourcing and reviewing State Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity investments, and a tenure at Foss and Company handling acquisitions for historic rehabilitation tax credits. David also worked as Senior Acquisition Manager for the National Trust Community Investment Corporation and as Development Manager at Greenfire Development, overseeing various facets of development projects. Early in the career, David held positions as Senior Financial Analyst at Cohen Financial and Financial Analyst at PM Realty Group, along with experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. David holds an MBA and a Master's in Regional Planning from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Communications from the University of St. Thomas.
