Steve Habib

Steve Habib is an experienced property manager with a diverse background in managing commercial, industrial, medical, and retail properties across multiple locations, primarily in Oakland County and Metro Detroit. Currently serving as Property Manager for Farbman Group since March 2022, Steve oversees onsite maintenance engineers. Previously, as Property Manager at Bedrock Detroit from February 2018 to April 2021, Steve managed 1,190,000 square feet of commercial spaces, leading a team of real estate professionals. During a tenure at Draper and Kramer from April 2005 to April 2017, Steve acted as managing agent for a large residential association on the Gold Coast.
