Joel Davidson Ccim

Joel Davidson, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial realtor with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Member at the CCIM Institute since October 2017 and as a Commercial Realtor at NAI Latter & Blum Commercial Real Estate since August 2015. Prior to these roles, Joel held positions as Sales Manager at The Home Depot and Davidson Louisiana, and worked as a Territory Manager at Royal Building Products, where responsibilities included building sales and relationships. Joel holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Lane Community College, in addition to studies in Construction and Retail Operations at Louisiana State University.
