Paul Partyka

Paul Partyka is the founder of The Partyka Group at NAI Realvest, established in 2013, and has served as a commercial real estate broker at NAI Realvest since 1999. With extensive experience in consulting on land values, assemblage, government permitting, and commercial leasing, Paul has worked with numerous strategic clients, including The Viera Company and TLC Engineering for Architecture. Previously, Paul contributed as a board member at the Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber from 2007 to 2010 and served as chairman of the Municipal Advisory Committee for Metro Plan Orlando in 2002. Additionally, Paul gained 17 years of sales and marketing management experience at Procter & Gamble. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 1970.
